3 codes in use. External code sets are published outside the message schemas and updated every quarter, so a new code can appear without a new message version.

- ADEAAccount Servicer Deadline MissedReceived after the servicer's deadline. Processed on best effort basis
- NSTPNot Straight Through ProcessingInstruction was not straight through processing and had to be processed manually
- SMPGMarket Practice Rule DiscrepencyInstruction is accepted but does not comply with the market practice rule published for the concerned market or process
