Specifies the external request type code for the enquiry on a position in the format of character string with a maximum length of 4 characters.

6 codes in use. External code sets are published outside the message schemas and updated every quarter, so a new code can appear without a new message version.

  • RT11Bank Position EnquiryType is an enquiry on the bank's position.
  • RT12Specific Transaction EnquiryType is an enquiry on a specific transaction.
  • RT13Queued Transaction EnquiryType is an enquiry on a queued transaction.
  • RT14Suspicious Transaction EnquiryType is an enquiry on a suspicious transaction.
  • RT15Pending Inward Credits EnquiryType is an enquiry on pending inward credits.
  • RT16Sytem Time EnquiryType is an enquiry on the system date and/or time.
