What MT364 is used for
The original trade was confirmed with an MT360. When the parties unwind it early, in full or in part, or change its fixed rate (recouponing) with a compensating payment, the MT364 confirms the new terms and any amount payable. Field 22B shows the event, for example TERM (termination), PTRM (partial termination) or RCPN (recouponing). Cross currency swaps use the MT365 instead.
