What it means in practice
A payment transaction status code is the value of TxSts in a pacs.002 or pain.002 status report and of the status in Swift gpi tracker messages (trck).
The message passed technical checks: authentication, syntax and semantic validation. No business checks have been done yet.

- Wait for a business status. ACTC alone does not mean the payment will be executed.
