What MT350 is used for
The underlying contract is confirmed with an MT320 (fixed term) or MT330 (call or notice). When interest falls due, the borrower pays it with a payment message and tells the lender with an MT350: the interest period, amount, rate and day count, and where the money was sent. Field 22A shows whether it is a new advice (ADVC), an amendment (AMND), a cancellation (CANC) or a duplicate (DUPL).

This is a catalogue entry: the field-by-field structure is not shown here because we publish structures only where we have checked them against public sources. Paste an MT350 into the parser to see each field decoded with its tag, name and value.
