What MT581 is used for

It belongs with the securities lending messages MT516 and MT526 and uses the same older layout without 16R blocks: nine fields, of which the references, the further identification, the adjustment amount and the reason are mandatory. The collateral itself moves with settlement instructions or a payment; the MT581 only states the adjustment.
