Retired in the 2017 standards release: no longer sent on the Swift network.
The MT643 was a syndicated loan message: it gave notice that the borrower had requested a drawdown or renewal on a given date. Swift removed it, together with the MT644, MT646 and MT649, in the Standards MT Release 2017.
