What PPRC means
:25D::IPRC//PPRC is a processing status at the level of your account servicer, not of the market. The instruction is valid, but the servicer holds it back, for example until securities or cash are available on your account or until it receives documents.
The reason in :24B::PPRC// explains the hold. Typical reasons are LACK (not enough securities), MONY (not enough cash or credit), BLOC (account blocked), DOCY (documents or registration details expected from you), NOFX (an FX instruction from you is missing), YCOL (collateral shortage) and FLIM (foreign ownership limit reached).
PPRC is different from PEND. PEND reports the settlement status at the market, after the instruction has gone there; PPRC reports that it is still waiting at the servicer.

What to do next
- Act on the reason: fund the cash account, move securities into the right account, send the FX instruction, or send the documents the servicer asked for.
- If the reason is
LACK, check whether a receipt you expected has failed: your delivery may depend on it. - Ask the servicer for the deadline by which the hold must be cleared to keep the intended settlement date.
